Steps followed to prepare your favorite Nuts
- Import and Prep of raw cashew nut
Prabhat sources the best-quality raw cashew nuts from Benin, West African countries. The raw cashew nuts are divided according to the size of the nuts.
- Cooking and cooling of raw cashew nut for separating shell
Steaming the raw cashew nuts, and letting them dry for 24 hours. They are further passed into machinery for cutting and removing the shell from cashew kernels.
- Heating and cooling of cashew kernels for husk removal
The cashew kernels transferred to trays to be heated in industrial ovens, and they are kept to cool down in the moisture room. Once dry, the husk is peeled off cashew kernels.
- Sorting
The cashews are divided on the basis of its color and size mechanically.
- Quality Examination
They are further hand sorted manually for precision. Prabhat is known for offering quality and authenticity.
- Packaging and Storage
Once all the good cashew nuts are separated by handpicking, the nuts go into the final packaging process, and then they are stored in a warehouse.
